Not complex enough

I wanted to use art as a way to process my difficult feelings that arose from an experience I had in my day job. Whilst I was at the ArteSumapaz residency I found a banana plant branch on a hike, I was intrigued by its texture and wanted to use it for printmaking. In the end I used it as an outlet for an action painting, using the movements of my body to direct the paint in a cathartic release.
