I focus on textures and manipulating non-digital processes.
I am an English and French multidisciplinary artist exploring complex emotions, playful experimentation, and the interplay between my work and the environments I live in. Using a variety of mediums, I create pieces that reflect my moods and experiences, with materiality playing a central role in shaping both the process and outcome.
My choice of materials is often intuitive, driven by their accessibility and emotional resonance in the moment. This organic approach enables me to explore themes of texture, fragmentation, and transformation. While my work sometimes leans towards a darker aesthetic as a form of personal therapy, it is also deeply grounded in a sense of curiosity and connection.
Working with non-digital mediums, such as analogue photography and collage, gives me tactile immediacy and physical engagement. My creative process has a strong focus on repurposing materials and revisiting previous pieces over time to transform them into new works. Through gestural and action painting, I channel expressionist influences to process and articulate complex personal emotions. Recently, I have begun cataloging natural environments by documenting my mark-making with found materials in and out of the studio space.
